You can schedule your pickup through our website by entering your information, selecting an available pickup option, and providing your laundry preferences. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive the details you need to prepare for pickup.

Place your laundry in a clean, securely closed laundry bag or other approved bag. After your first service, Jadore may provide additional instructions or branded laundry bags as part of the customer experience.

Not always. If you have a safe and approved location where your laundry can be left, you may provide those instructions when scheduling your service. Please make sure the location is easy to identify and accessible to our team.

Once collected, your order enters our laundry care process. Your items are prepared for washing, cleaned according to your selected preferences, dried, carefully folded, packaged, and prepared for delivery.

Jadore plans to use convenient customer communication throughout the service process. Depending on the system available at launch, you may receive text, email, or other notifications about your pickup, order status, and delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible if your laundry will not be ready or you need to change your pickup. Depending on the driver's route and availability, we may be able to reschedule your service. A missed pickup or late cancellation fee may apply according to our service policy.

Standard wash and fold service is intended for everyday washable items such as clothing, socks, undergarments, towels, sheets, and other common household laundry that can safely be machine washed and dried.

Please do not include dry clean only garments, leather, suede, heavily embellished clothing, hazardous materials, contaminated items, or anything that cannot safely be machine washed and dried unless Jadore specifically offers a service for that item.

We provide normal laundry care during the washing process, but we cannot guarantee that every stain will be completely removed. If an item has a stain that needs special attention, please identify it in your instructions before pickup.

No. Your laundry will never be mixed with another customer's laundry. Each customer's order is kept separate throughout the washing, drying, folding, and packaging process.
